Indy attended a weekend course in Manchester about how to improve your patient experience at the practice.
There were many world renowned speakers present including Tony Gedge who is an expert in the patient experience.
After we have implemented what Indy learnt from the course we will be able to offer you a customer service second to none.
Dental Showcase 2008 - 03.10.08
Indy, Mel, Cat, Jo and Barbara all went to the BDTA Dental Showcase at the ExCel exhibition centre in Docklands London. After an early start and numerous train journeys we eventually made it to London for midday. We then enjoyed a great lunch courtesy of Denplan after which we spent the rest of the afternoon exploring the showcase. The BDTA Dental Showcase is held once a year and is an exhibition where all the latest dental equipment and materials are on display. Highlights of the day included meeting the cuddly tooth (see above), meeting Ali G, the flavoured oxygen stand and Cats quest to win herself a cuddly toy.

We invested in some new state of the art equipment to improve your dental experience when you come to see us. We also sat in on numerous lectures and talked to various dental companies who were exhibiting at the showcase so to keep up to date with the latest cutting edge treatments and techniques.
